Julia Winston is a facilitator, designer and teacher of human connection in the workplace and beyond based in Austin, Texas. When Julia donated her eggs to a gay couple and started exploring what it means to become a “fairy godmother,” she got inspired to start this podcast. She also created The Rainbow Letters project and the Facilitator Forum podcast. A gatherer of people, Julia loves hosting festive gatherings for her community.
